Welcome to Beat The Charts™ ("Beat The Charts," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at beatthecharts.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What We Are

Beat The Charts is a real-time music intelligence platform. We aggregate publicly available data from 15 independent sources — including streaming platforms, discovery services, fan communities, and market signals — and present it with proprietary analysis via our Charts Index and edge scoring engine.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Beat The Charts, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

  • Free accounts provide access to basic market data and limited features.
  • Paid subscriptions (Pro, VIP) are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are listed on our Pricing page.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the Service without a VIP API subscription
  • Redistribute or resell data obtained from Beat The Charts
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary scoring algorithms
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service

5. Intellectual Property

Beat The Charts™, our logo, our proprietary edge scoring algorithm, and all original content on the Service are owned by us. Music data is sourced from third-party platforms and remains the property of those platforms. The signal scoring methodology, breakout edge scorer, and all analysis tools are proprietary to Beat The Charts.

6. Third-Party Links

The Service contains links to third-party music platforms, streaming services, and other external sites. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of these platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on data or analysis provided by Beat The Charts. Your maximum liability to us is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

Edge Scoring

Our edge scoring engine is an algorithmic system that analyzes 61 signals across 15 data sources. Scores are algorithmic outputs, not guarantees. Past accuracy does not guarantee future results.
